Attend the 1-Hour Introductory Session – Learn the basics of the Creighton Model with a FertilityCare™ practitioner
Enroll in the Program – Commit to learning the system, receive your materials, and begin charting
First Follow-Up – Meet with your practitioner about 2 weeks after your intro session
Ongoing Support – Follow-ups are every 2 weeks for the first 2 months, then gradually space out follow-ups
