What is BLOOM?
BLOOM is a fun, encouraging mother + daughter program for girls ages 9–13, presented by a trained FertilityCare Practitioner and designed to help girls understand puberty, their menstrual cycle, and their changing bodies.
Together, moms and daughters learn about periods, hygiene, emotions, body awareness, and the menstrual cycle in an age-appropriate, positive environment. Through conversation, hands-on activities, and the My First Chart & Journal, girls begin building the knowledge and confidence to understand and care for their bodies.
Most importantly, BLOOM creates a comfortable place to begin conversations between moms and daughters that can continue long after the event is over.
